Andrew is the founder of The Communication Leadership Academy, providing communications and leadership coaching and training to all those within an organisation with a communication and/or leadership responsibility. Previously Andrew’s internal communications career spanned 20 plus years, holding senior positions with some of the most recognised international organisations including Head of Internal Communications at BAE Systems and Head of Communications at NATS, and previously a range of communication manager roles at BAA, Textron and British Gas.
Andrew has regularly facilitated workshops and devised/delivered training programmes around individuals’ communication and leadership capability. He really understands the value that practical, interactive hands-on training can add to an organisation's effectiveness.
Training Director | Media and Communications
Sukhi has excelled as a multi-media journalist with BBC for more than a decade working on some of the biggest news stories in that time, including the Boxing Day Tsunami and 7/7 terror attacks.
As a communications specialist for the past 3 years, he has turned his attention to assisting the corporate world getting their messages across to the audience and making sure they land their punches when in front of a reporter.
He's worked with a number of big hitters including National Grid, EDF Energy, Premier Inn, Waitrose and The NHS to name a few.
He loves his sport and reported on the 2011 Cricket World Cup in India.

Nicole has been working as a communications professional for over 20 years. During that time she has focused her attention on corporate communications, employee engagement and change management with special emphasis on enhancing effective communications through the art of storytelling, cultural intelligence and change management.
Nicole provides expertise, support and motivation to her international clients, assisting them in meeting significant challenges in their business and professional lives.
Nicole is a Certified Co-Active Coach and holds a coaching diploma from CTI – the Coaching Training Institute, accredited by ICF, the International Coaching Federation. Nicole is fluent in German.

Jenny has over 25 years’ senior level global corporate experience in blue-chip companies including Coca-Cola Enterprises, Lloyds Group Insurance, HSBC, Hewlett Packard and Hays plc, counselling senior leaders and working extensively in communications, change management and business improvement.
She has a deep understanding of using the appropriate communication and story-telling skills in the right way to truly engage. Pearson has recently published her book on Influence.
Jenny regularly designs and delivers bespoke training programmes for our clients and individual coaching programmes for executives - we always get fantastic feedback from the work she does. She has an MBA from Henley Management College, a BA in English and is a NLP Master Practitioner, facilitator and coach. Jenny also spends a portion of her time in Asia Pacific each year, so could be readily available to coach executives within this region of the world.
Head of Consultancy | Engagement Specialist
Siobhan Hammond is The Academy’s Head of Consultancy and an Engagement Specialist. Siobhan has over 20 years’ experience in employee engagement and transformational change. She is passionate about helping companies improve their overall performance and productivity through their people.
Having worked both in-house and agency side, Siobhan understands the issues and specific challenges clients face. Siobhan has a wealth of experience in developing communications programmes, helping to shape the strategy, key messages, content and plans for clients that deliver demonstrable results. She has recently worked with JPMG, Hogan Lovells, Freshfields, Syngenta, BP, GE Oil & Gas, GSK and Sovereign Housing to help employees understand the business direction and their pivotal role in delivering the strategy and business priorities.
